The Illinois Attorney General’s Office is looking to fill an
Assistant Attorney General position in its Civil Appeals division in
Chicago. The Assistant Attorney General will brief and argue civil cases in
state and federal appellate courts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of legal experience or an appellate clerkship, as well as a demonstrated interest in appellate work. Preference will be given to candidates who have appellate experience in both state and federal courts.
