The Association recently updated Cases Pending, a resource that provides ALA members with up-to-date information on matters (civil, criminal and attorney discipline) pending before the Illinois Supreme Court. The updated volume provides information on cases currently pending in and recently decided by the state's high court through October 14, 2015.
